Text messaging is the process of sending short, continuous electronic messages, usually in the form of a text message, to yourself or to another person. Some people use it to stay in touch with friends and family. Others use it as a tool for selling their property. There are many real estate text messaging services available to help real estate agents and brokers text prospects and clients. Create a text message script that includes the following: the first line should say who you are; your name, company, address and phone number; your message; what you want to tell your clients; why you want to help them get or save their homes; how to get started; and your closing message.
